Position of Excellence in a Marriage

In Matthew 11:28, God invited you to come to Jesus. This is very important to each member of a marriage relationship. You will notice that God did not say, "Come to your husband/wife!!! " When a relationship is based on focusing on human beings, you are likely to fail. You will soon realise that the husband/wife that you are depending on, is inadequate for the task ahead.

• Ensure that you tell Jesus all about the problem, then you might be able to share with your partner with a better level of clarity. When you share with your partner without clarity, you are likely to create stress or undermine your confidence in your ability to make decisions.

Change of Focus

Let us meditate on Matthew11: 28.
"Come unto me all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Living in the position of victory requires a change of position. This verse of the scriptures recommends that we "Come". You need a change of perspective, focus and attitude. You need to move towards the Saviour through prayers and refective thinking. Ask yourself the following questions:
What s happening to me?
How do feel about it?
Who can help me to resolve the situation?
What do I need to do?
After praying and answering these questions, rise up, take the actions required.

Life can look like a jigsaw puzzle with missing shapes, but God knows all about you and your situations.

I think one of the most important tools that we need in this world is knowing what to do when we are facing challenges, so that we are not battle wearied or become weak in our faith.
