The first listener to the Word of God that the Holy Spirit declares through your mouth should be you.
Let the Word of God, work in your life, because God wants you to be a partaker of all that the Lord wants to do through your life in the world. Preach TO YOURSELF BY THE POWER OF THE Holy Spirit so that you might be healed, sanctified, transformed abundantly blessed and restored in the name of Jesus.
What is the significance of God’s promises in our lives?
Listen to this message from the Lord about the power of the choices that we each make every day of our lives, as regards the promises of God. Here are some of the choices that I have made, I hope this will inspire you to think about your choices and to pray that the Lord will align you to his promises.
I choose to proclaim by the Grace of God that I am a child of PROMISE, so I do not plead for God to bless me, for God has PROMISED and I judge HIM faithful. I do not spend all my time praying for what God has alre, ady promised for I know GOD IS ABLE AND HIS WORD NEVER FAILS. WHEN GOD SPEAKS, IT IS AS GOOD AS DONE. Consequently, I have a lot of time to praise, worship and adore the LORD with ALL that I am.
We are children of the PROMISE. PRAISE the LORD from whom ALL BLESSINGS FLOW. In JESUS CHRIST all the PROMISES of GOD as regards my life are already mine. Check out the promises of God concerning your family and worship God, for you know it is DONE. The sacrifice of our SAVIOUR on the CROSS released a fulfilment of ALL the PROMISES of GOD for each of US.
Read Deuteronomy 28 with the assurance that Jesus has satisfied all the conditions for the fulfilment of these promises. The fact that you are a child of the PROMISE means, in your life all these have been accomplished. This indeed is who I am in the Lord.
All these blessings have come upon me and aovertaken me because I am a CHILD OF THE PROMISE:
3 “I am Blessed in the city, and blessed in the 1country.
4 “ The 1offspring of my body and the produce of my ground and the offspring of my beasts, the increase of my herd and the young of my flock are Blessed.
5 “My basket and my kneading bowl are blessed.”
6 I am Blessed awhen I come in, and blessed when I go out.
7 “The LORD causes my enemies who rise up against me to be defeated before me; they will come out against me one way and will flee before me seven ways.
8 “The LORD has commanded His blessing upon me in my barns and in all that I put my hand to, and He is blessing me in the land which the LORD my God gives me
9 The LORD has met the condition for the fulfilment of these promises on the Cross, when Jesus said, “IT IS FINISHED”
10 All the earth will see that I am called by the name of the LORD, and they will be afraid of me.
11 “The LORD makes me abound in prosperity, in the offspring of my body and in the offspring of my beast and in the produce of my ground, in the land which the LORD has given me.
12 The LORD opens for me His good storehouse, the heavens, to give rain to my land in its season and to bless all the work of my hand; and I lend to many nations, but I do not borrow.
13 “The LORD makes me the head and not the tail, and I am only above, and I am never underneath, because Jesus died on the CROSS and has met the condition for the fulfilment of all these PROMISES.
14 Finally, I do not turn aside from any of the PROMISES OF THE LORD.
All that you have wished, prayed and waited in expectation for, is only met by the fulfilment of the PROMISES of God. You need to know the promises and claim them for yourself, family and nations. Place your faith on the promises of GOD and the fact that GOD IS FAITHFUL, SO HE WOULD ALWAYS FULFIL HIS PROMISES.

PROMOTING GROWTH THROUGH CHANGING THOUGHTS, PRAYER AND PROCLAMATIONS
As I read this passage in the Book of Jeremiah 31: 40, God revealed to me how we can work with him to promote growth in our lives by allowing the word of God to change our thoughts; changing our thought to proclamations and prayer that we read daily over a period of time and then see how God releases his power to transform, promote and bless us.
I have never used this tool before so I think I would like to try it over a period of one week and I hope to share with you my experiences on the journey. If you are feeling up to it, try the tool and do not forget to share your experience with others.
THOUGHTS
1. Acknowledge God as the One who restores life to every area of your life that is dead because of reasons that are not even known to you. He is the God who brings water back to a dry brook; He heals the hidden areas of your life and brings transformation into damaged lives and situations. When you looked at those areas you felt maybe it was too late to make a difference. Just trust in the Lord for with him there is nothing impossible.
2.Acknowledge that God’s promise to deliver you covers every area of your life – personal, family, organisation and world.
3. Acknowledge that God delivers your whole being- body, soul and spirit.
4. Acknowledge that God is committed to blessing you and causing you to prosper, experience breakthrough; and enjoy prosperity in all areas of your life. God’s intention to make you holy is complete and powerful.
5. Acknowledge that God’s Covenant and promise can never fail.
PRAYER
1. Dear heavenly Father, you are the One who restores life to every area of my life that is dead, because of reasons that are not even known to me. You bring water back to a dry brook; You heal the hidden areas of my life and bring transformation into my damaged life and situations. When I looked at those areas, I felt maybe it was too late to make a difference. I trust in you Lord, for with you there is nothing impossible.
2.Thank you Lord for I know your promise to deliver covers every area of my life – personal, family, organisation and world.
3. I know that you deliver my whole being - body, soul and spirit.
4. I rejoice in you, Father, for I know you are committed to blessing me and causing me to prosper, experience breakthrough; and enjoy prosperity in all areas of my life. Your intention to make me holy is complete and powerful.
5. I know that your Covenant and promise can never fail.
PROCLAMATIONS
God restores life to every area of my life TODAY.
So, my body, soul and spirit enjoy health, success, victory and breakthrough continually.
God causes me to prosper beyond my wildest dream and to a dumbfounding degree.
God’s COVENANT of BLESSING over my life will never fail.

Today is a great day
Today is a great day in my life. It is a day for knowing and experiencing the love of God in a greater way. It is a day of knowing and loving Jesus, with all my heart, soul and spirit. Today is a day of a closer walk with the Holy Spirit. Today is the day of miracles, signs and wonders. Today is a day of Divine exchange- I have power, authority and love beyond measure today. Today, the Word of God is working in, through and for me. Today is Jesus is GOOD day.
Praise is what we do all the time
PRAISE IS WHAT YOU DO ALL THE TIME
Praise is what the heart does when it rises before the Great God in adoration and worship. The heart is amazed at the extravagant love of God and just chooses to bow down and sing to the Lord. Praise is what you do when you begin to appreciate the greatness of the power of God and the fact that he died to save you from the power of the evil one and of sin. Praise is what you do when you begin to realise that life on earth is for one purpose only and that is to bring glory and honour to God and to show forth his goodness in the world. Praise is what you do when you realise that you cannot live without Jesus Christ and indeed he is all that you need. Praise is what the heart does when it approaches the Almighty God on bent knees and proclaims that He is God and that he rules in the kingdom of men. Praise is what you do when you bring your life as an offering before the Lord and you submit to his sovereign will for your life. Praise is what you do when you know the power of God is being released through your life and that it is reaching to the furthest part of your being. Praise is what you do when you see the Man of Galilee being nailed to the cross and you realise that it was all for you. Praise is what you do when you know that you have lost it all and that God is all that you will ever need. Praise is the wow actor of living on earth.
Praise is what you do when the people you hold so dear to your life, decide to walk away to be able to live the life that God has called them to live. It is the antidote to the feeling of loneliness and sometimes pain that arises out of the loss. Praise is what you do when the ones that you choose to love, decide to go away and find the Lord themselves. Praise is what you do when you think there is no other person in the world that could take away this feeling of loneliness. God will bring you to the altar of praise and there he will heal and restore you. Knowing the pain of rejection is a tool in the hand of the Holy Spirit, to open the fountain that God has put in you and me. The next time you feel the pain, just praise the Lord.
Praise is what you do when you look at the mountain and you feel it is impossible to overcome in the face of such challenges. Praise is what you do so that the balm of Gilead could be poured out to grease your ailing wings and to bear you up on the wind of power and authority. Praise is what you do so that the carriage of heaven might appear to take you over the challenges into the land flowing with innumerable blessings and glory. God is waiting to show himself mighty on your behalf, just praise the Lord. He rules in the kingdom of men.
Praise is what you do when you look at the pain in the world, and you feel the grief, but you realise that God is not the author of pain and suffering; and that these things have come to being because of the rebellion of man to the commandments of God. Praise is what you do as you look above the pain and you see the God of Love; and you bow down before him ad proclaim that he is good. Praise is what you do when you know that God will turn your sadness into joy; it is what you do when you know that God will never leave you nor forsake you. It is what you do when God is in the fire with you and you know that not even the hair on your head will be hurt by the flame of affliction. Praise is what you do when you know that the Path of pain will bring you to the throne and that God will turn your story around. Praise is what you do when all seems to be lost. Let’s just praise the Lord.
Praise is what you do when you bring your family before the Lord, and you know that they are going through things that are out of your area of influence, because they have chosen to walk alone with the Lord. Praise is what you do as you lovingly bring them to the throne of Grace and call on the name of the Lord, on their behalf. Praise is what you do when you know that God is in control in their lives and that he is working all things together for their good. Praise is what you do when you cannot understand the path that others have CHOSEN BUT YOU KNOW THAT Jesus cares and that his sacrifice on the Cross has paid the price for their redemption from the deceit of the evil one. Praise is what you do when God seems to be far away but you know that he never leaves you nor forsakes you. Praise is what you do all the time.
Praise is what you do when you suddenly realise that the children that God gave to you are not yours but they belong to the Lord. Praise is what you do when God the Holy Spirit calls on you to surrender them to his loving hands so that he might take them on a journey of knowing and loving Jesus more. Praise is what you do as you allow God to take over the lives of your children and to lead them into blessings and victory but sometimes with tribulations. Praise is what you do as you fix your eyes on the Lord on their behalf. Praise is what you do all the time.
Praise is what you do when it seems a particular blessing seems to be absent in your family and you are wondering what is happening. Praise is what you do so that God would be revealed as the God who delights in blessing us and reaching out to bring us into the place of blessing. Praise acknowledges that God is all knowing and all powerful.
Praise is what you do so that God might set your heart and attitude in the path of blessing and breakthrough. Praise is what you do when it seems you are not making progress in one area of your life. You need to realise that your perception of your reality could be very different from the point of view of the Lord. Praise is what you do as you release your view to the Lord of lords. He rules in the kingdom of men. As you praise the Lord, there will be a changing of your views to align with the will of God. God will make a way through you and would richly bless you. Take time to praise and wait on the Lord. Wise people do not rush but patiently wait of the Lord. Do you know that this is A WISE THING TO DO.? The discrepancy between our thoughts and God’s thoughts could be very wide and the alignment sometimes takes time. Wait patiently with praise.
Praise is what you do when you look around and you are unsure of the way ahead. Raise up your voice and praise the Lord as he reveals himself to you as your Shepherd. Praise is the vehicle used to develop an attitude of faith and hope as God guides, though you cannot see him. He is opening and closing doors. He is roiling the sea and making a path for you to walk through. He is opening the windows of heaven and pouring out manna; He is doing the impossible. He is richly cultivating all around you a field of unthinkable blessings; He is opening a land OF EXPLOITS ALL AROUND YOU AND CAUSING YOU TO WALK INTO THEM. It is time to praise the Lord. Praise is what you do all the time.

Position of Excellence in a Marriage
In Matthew 11:28, God invited you to come to Jesus. This is very important to each member of a marriage relationship. You will notice that God did not say, "Come to your husband/wife!!! " When a relationship is based on focusing on human beings, you are likely to fail. You will soon realise that the husband/wife that you are depending on, is inadequate for the task ahead.
- Ensure that you tell Jesus all about the problem, then you might be able to share with your partner with a better level of clarity. When you share with your partner without clarity, you are likely to create stress or undermine your confidence in your ability to make decisions.

Change of Focus
Let us meditate on Matthew11: 28.
"Come unto me all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Living in the position of victory requires a change of position. This verse of the scriptures recommends that we "Come". You need a change of perspective, focus and attitude. You need to move towards the Saviour through prayers and refective thinking. Ask yourself the following questions:
What s happening to me?
How do feel about it?
Who can help me to resolve the situation?
What do I need to do?
After praying and answering these questions, rise up, take the actions required.

Life can look like a jigsaw puzzle with missing shapes, but God knows all about you and your situations.
In this blog, I will share the insights that God has given me on how we can live victoriously. I think one of the most important tools that we need in this world is knowing what to do when we are facing challenges, so that we are not battle wearied or become weak in our faith. Our Lord Jesus Christ has all the answers that we need and he has promsed to walk through each challenge wih us. Are you ready for the adventure of living victoriously?
